Fees for Service

Our goal is to provide accessible mental health care at an affordable rate.

Cash Pay

We accept cash pay for clients choosing to forego utilizing insurance or clients who do not have mental health benefits. Before your first appointment we will discuss our fee for services. You will receive a good faith estimate of the cost of your services, orally and in writing.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

We want you to be able to utilize your insurance benefits if that is what works for you. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

     · Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

     · What is my deductible and has it been met?

     · How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

     · What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

     · Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Currently our practice accepts these insurances: BCBSAZ, United Healthcare/Optum

*We also work with Victims of Crime and provide counseling through Victim Compensation.
